Sunday Night Stand Up
UARK Bowl is proud to announce its new Sunday Night Stand-Up comedy series. Working in association with national entertainment booking agency, Funny Business, the new comedy series will feature budding national talent including comedians who have appeared on Comedy Central, HBO, the Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and the Conan Show, among other prestigious credits.
Most shows start at 7:30 PM with the door opening at 7 PM. Admission is $7 general and $5 for students (ID checked at door).
Carlos Mencia will open at 6:45 PM with show starting at 7:30PM. Admission is $25 general and $20 students (ID checked at door).

From packing comedy venues across the globe to regular television appearances on shows like “The Tonight Show,” and “Last Comic Standing,” Claude Stuart has come a long way from his down home southern roots. Claude’s explosive, in-your-face, rapid-fire, madman stage style is truly an exhilarating assault on the senses and has evoked comparisons to golden era physical comedians such as Steve Martin, Robin Williams and Jim Carrey. Claude’s unique brand of Don Rickles-esque crowd interaction, coupled with clever well-written jokes makes him not only the world’s first physical insult comedian but a “comedy triple threat!”

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Luke now resides in Hollywood, CA where he is a regular at The world famous Comedy Store. In 2011 his extensive international touring and local performances got him a nomination for breakout artist of the year at the LA Comedy Awards. Luke also enjoys the privilege of being a regular writer for The Comic Bible magazine.
